Your love of beer is a human tradition. You knew this deep down in your soul, but now there’s archeological evidence to support your beliefs. Brew strong, y’all.
Opposing discrimination does take courage as Tim Cook says. Hiding behind religion, on the other hand, takes cowardice and sloth. I don’t know what you’re thinking, but I’m thinking that cowardice and sloth both sound like sins. Damn you, irony.
What I find most unsettling about this photo is not the look of fear in the boy’s eyes, because what I see instead is intense sadness and resignation laced with fear. That doesn’t just break my heart, it tears at my soul a little.

Interesting how it scares an entire government when people become informed. And by interesting, I mean terrifying.
This kind of crap is why religion should be a personal matter. I don’t want to hear about it in the government, I don’t want to know about it at work. It’s a personal choice that I want no part of, unless I ask. I’d be grateful for the separation of church and state that we have here in the U.S., but I’m starting to think it’s about as real as Puff the Magic Dragon.
